Charles Weinraub is the CEO of Mandalay Holdings and known to most as “The Handsome Homebuyer.” He has been featured in Long Island Business News, Newsday, and other prominent real estate industry publications.
His charismatic commercials on News 12 Long Island and very successful podcasts, featuring movers and shakers in real estate development, have made Charles Weinraub a household name.
Weinraub received his BA in Business Administration at Hofstra University and a Masters in Real Estate development from NYU Shack Institute of Real Estate.

Charlie Oppler, a REALTOR® from Franklin Lakes, N.J., is the 2020 President-Elect of the National Association of REALTORS®. Charlie has been a REALTOR® since 1981. He is the COO of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, with 12 offices in northern and central New Jersey. He holds the At Home with Diversity certification from NAR. Charlie has served on NAR’s Board of Directors numerous times, beginning in 2003. He has chaired the REALTOR® Party Coordinating Committee and the RPAC Trustees Committee. Charlie has served on four of NAR's Presidential Advisory Groups. In 2005, he was NAR’s Vice President for Region 2, representing New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, and in 2015, he was NAR Vice President for Chris Polychron. Charlie was the president of the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® in 2004. At the local level, Charlie is a member of the Greater Bergen REALTORS®. In 1997, Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTORS® named him their REALTOR® of the Year, and in 1996 he served as their president.

Jorge Ledesma is the Chief Executive Officer at Greater Bergen REALTORS®, (GBR) with offices in Hasbrouck Heights and Waldwick, New Jersey. Jorge is the secretary for the REALTORS® Care Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization that supports and provides grants to local non-profit organizations throughout New Jersey. He was previously a managing Broker & Partner for REMAX Quality Homes in Bergen County, NJ. Jorge holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Gregory R. Malin

Gregory R. Malin, is the Chief Executive Officer of Troon Pacific, Inc., a real estate development and investment management company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Malin is responsible for its acquisitions, oversight, and development planning, and brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, creativity, and vision regarding real estate finance, asset management and planning.
A founding member of the U.S. Green Building Council Northern California’s Building Health Initiative, Troon Pacific has completed seven LEED Platinum Certified Projects with a focus on building health and wellness through use of biophilic design, nontoxic materials, clean water and clean air through advanced filtration and ventilation systems. Mr. Malin is also the co-founder of Impact Builders, a General Contracting company which is focused on building high performance, sustainable, and healthy housing for Troon Pacific.

David Legaz, ABR, AHWD, CIPS, CRS, GRI, RSPS, SRES, e-Pro, retired as a Police sergeant in 2002 after responding to the 9/11 World Trade Center tragedy and losing his partner. David combines his two decades of law enforcement experience and 25 years of real estate to teach professionals across the country how to reduce their risk of being targeted by a predator.
In 2019, as a graduate of NAR’s Leadership Academy, David petitioned NAR’s Leadership Team to create a REALTOR® Safety Advisory Committee and was appointed its first chairperson for 2020.
David is an investor in two New York City Keller Williams Realty franchises located in Jackson Heights and Flushing and a broker in the Flushing office.
David was the 2017 president of the Long Island Boards of Realtors and was its 2014 REALTOR® of the Year.

Gay (Scholastica) D. Cororaton
Designation:CBE, Senior Economist and the Director of Housing & Commercial Research, National Association of REALTORS
Gay Cororaton directs the production of NAR’s proprietary housing statistics on existing and pending sales, prices, inventory, and home affordability; commercial surveys and reports; land surveys; and national and local market surveys on foreign buyers and transactions in NAR’s global alliance partner countries.
Gay has an MS in Statistical Science from George Mason University, an MA and BS in Economics from the University of the Philippines, and an MS in Industrial Economics from the University of Asia and the Pacific in the Philippines. She holds a Certified Business Economist (CBE) designation from the National Association for Business Economics.
Lauren Cohen, Esq
Designation:Chair of International Investments for eXp Commercial
Serial entrepreneur Lauren Cohen is an International Lawyer and Cross-Border Expert. She is also a best-selling author, speaker, and globally acclaimed legal and real estate business advisor.
A graduate of York University and Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Lauren is a dual citizen. She has been featured in Inc. Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, NPR, Working Mother, TV, hundreds of podcasts and radio shows and numerous other mediums. Lauren launched her own podcast, Investing Across Borders, in November, 2020.
Dr. Ivan Shumkov

Dr. Ivan Shumkov is an entrepreneur, architect and professor. He founded Build Academy in 2013, an organization dedicated to providing professional building solutions and education for the built environment. His company has cultivated a global community of professionals and supplies them with an online platform for collaboration, networking, education and professional resources for the implementation of high-impact project work.
Dr. Shumkov is a licensed architect in Spain and Italy and principal of ISA – Ivan Shumkov Architects, a NYC based architecture firm operating at the intersection of architecture, design and urbanism. He has lectured extensively across Europe, Brazil, Colombia, China, and the USA.
He has taught at New York University, Harvard University GSD, Pratt Institute School of Architecture, Parsons the New School for Design, the Intentional University of Catalonia, and ETSA Barcelona.
Dr. Shumkov earned his PhD in Architecture in 2010 at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and Columbia University GSAPP, as fellow of the Fondation Le Corbusier.

Lisa Calarco is the Manager of Global Programs and Outreach for NARs Engagement Team. In this role, her primary focus is helping state and local associations around the U.S. establish and grow global councils to support member’s global business development and the larger communities they serve. Lisa has been with NAR in various roles for 15 years and has spent the last eight years with in the global space.
Eugenia C. Foxworth

Eugenia C. Foxworth currently serves as the President of FIABCI-USA. In 2005 she was elected FIABCI-USA’s Local Council president for New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and served for 18 months.
Eugenia is a CIPS, (Certified International Property Specialist) certified NYRS (New York Residential Specialist), FIREC (FIABCI International Estate Consultant), and is certified as an MWBE (Minority Woman Owned Business) with NYC and NYS.
Eugenia is a director for the New York Women’s Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the Senior Advisory Board for Community Affairs in Harlem.
Foxworth Realty, opened in 2008, specializes in residential properties in Manhattan, Riverdale, NY, Brooklyn and leisure properties internationally.
SUSAN MERDINGER GREENFIELD

Susan Greenfield has a 45+ year history of real estate brokerage, marketing, branding, and consulting services. Her clients have ranged from individuals to multi-billion-dollar international conglomerates. She joined Merrill Lynch Realty as Director of Marketing in 1980, later becoming Vice President of Domestic and International Sales and Marketing. She was instrumental in creating the firm's international cross-referral sales network between ML’s Private Client brokerage offices with the domestic offices of Merrill Lynch Realty.
In 1989, Susan organized her own New York City-based firm, Jean-Marc Levet & Partners. With offices in Paris and New York, the firm served high-net worth clients, including owners of residential and commercial real estate. In 1996, Susan merged her company into Brown Harris Stevens.
Susan is FIABCI World President-elect 2022-2023. Susan currently serves on the International Board of Directors of FIABCI and is a past president of FIABCI-USA (2017-2018).

After success in the computer industry, Michael formed ECI Development in 1996. This residential resort development company builds communities in Belize, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama. Neighborhoods include homes, condominiums, golf courses, hotels, and over 5 miles of spectacular beachfront and mountain properties. The company is currently expanding operations into Mexico, Argentina, and Ecuador to further serve the North American Expat community.
Michael serves on the board of several multinational companies, charitable foundations, holds a CIPS certification, is a past International Director for NAR, and heads the International Referral Network (IRN) for Realtors. Michael and his wife, Carol, lived as expats, raising two daughters overseas, from 2002 through 2016.

For over two decades Dean Foster has been involved in researching, writing, and consulting on the nature of culture and its role in society, work and politics in a globalizing world. Based in NYC, Dean has played a central role in the development of the field of cross-cultural training and consulting.
Dean works with most major Fortune 500 companies, national governments and NGOs (the United Nations and World Trade Institutes, among others), and as a guest lecturer and faculty for educational institutions, such as Harvard Business School, Columbia University School of Business, NYU and Darden Business School. He is the host on CNN of the nationwide “Doing Business in…” series. Dean is also a frequent guest commentator on culture, global work and social issues for CNN, CNBC, the BBC and other radio and TV shows.
Dean wrote the book, Bargaining Across Borders, voted as one of the top ten business books of 1994 by the American Library Association. Dean’s other books include the series The Global Etiquette Guide(s) to: Europe; Asia; Africa & The Middle East; and Latin America.
